Rent - FAQs
WHO WE ARE & SERVICE
A|LOUD is a sustainable and circular clothing company. In addition to the possibility of purchasing each garment, we offer the possibility to rent clothes, to ensure the maximum use of each garment.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Before proceeding with the rental of a dress, you need to register on the site. By registering on the site, you can change the delivery address, your personal data, consult the shipment status and all the information relating to your order.
RENTAL FEE
All the fees on the site include shipping and pick up costs.
Costs for any damage caused to the garment during the rental period are not included in the price.
CHANGE OF RENTAL DATES
You can change the dates of your rental, just contact us to avoid a non-return charge
DELIVERY DELAY, THEFT & DEMAGES
Delivery Delay - Theft
In the event of failure to return the product to the courier, on the date established for the withdrawal, 50% of the cost of the dress to the customer will be charged for the first day. On the second day of delay, the full price of the dress will be charged.
If you want to rent the garment for a longer period of time than those available on our shop, please contact our Customer Service before renting.
Demages
Upon collection, the items are checked to establish whether they have suffered any damage (stains, burns, tears, etc.) during the rental period. In the event that damage is found, the customer will be charged a $50.00 fee.
RENTAL TIMES
You can rent your clothes for 3,4 or 5 days. For longer periods, please contact our Customer Service.
Get 10% off if you rent for 4 days
Get 20% off if you rent for 5 days
The first day you select corresponds to the day of delivery, while the last day selected corresponds to the date of returning the dress.
CLEANING & SANITIZING
All the rented products will be collected directly from the laundry, to guarantee maximum hygiene every time the garment is used.
HOW TO RETURN
When you rent the products, you will receive an email with instructions for the care of the garment and for the return, including the pick up times.

BUY THE OUTFIT
We make sure that each of our garments can be used as long as it is possible to guarantee our customers a good quality product. For this reason, we offer our customers several options:
- Purchase in the Shop section
- Purchase in Second Hand
- Rent
If you decide to buy a dress, we invite you not to throw it away when you no longer need it, but to return it to us so we can put it back on sale in Second Hand or donate it, if in good condition, or to recycle it in the correct way.
