How can I find my size?

You can find the size guide directly on the product page. Under the size button, you will find the Size Guide link, or you can find it under the description of each product.
All sizes are expressed in cm.
If you need more information, you can contact our Customer Service by email or using Whatsapp.

What if the product I'm looking for is not available?

If a product is currently not available, you can sign up for our Back in Stock notification service by entering your email in the appropriate section that will appear by selecting the size and color of your interest.
You will receive an automatic email if the item is back in stock.

My Order

Can I change my order?

For technical reasons, it is not possible to modify the order once it has been confirmed or shipped.

You can ask our Customer Service for the status of the order and if it has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation.

What are Pre-Orders and how do they work?

A pre-order is a reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be available soon. An estimated delivery period for each pre-order item is indicated on the product page.

Orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items will be shipped at two different times (based on availability), but shipping costs will only be charged once

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

Order status

You can check the status of your order from your account page, or you can request it via Chat Box from one of our operators.

Can I cancel an order?

It is possible to cancel an order before it has been shipped, by sending an email to shop@thealoud.com or by contacting our Customer Service via Whatsapp

How can I use my promo code?

Select the products you want and go to the Shopping Cart page.
Here you will find a slot where you can enter your Promo Code. Furthermore, on the same page you will also be able to check the Shipping Costs for your order.

Account Page

Registering a personal account allows you to store your shipping details, view your order history and the ability to track an order and register a return yourself.

To create an account, just click on the Account section in the menu and enter the required data.

If you have forgotten your account password, simply click on the Account page and then on forgot password.

The system will then send an automated email with a link to your registered email address. If you wish to delete your account, please contact Customer Service.

Free Shipping

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout or send you by email.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free).

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number.

You can check the status of your order from your account page, or you can request it by mail to shop@thealoud.com or by using Whatsapp.

When will my order be shipped?

Logistics usually arranges for your order to be forwarded within 1-2 working days of purchase.
The timing may vary depending on the daily influx of orders.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email notification.

Guidelines

The items must be returned to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

We provide free collection for the first return. From second return onwards, a fee is applicable.

International return shipping costs, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.

If you wish to return, please visit our Return Center.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Swimsuites and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

They must have all tags and original packaging.

To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and free from any make up stains, dirt, dust, hair, any fragances or other foreign odors, including smoke.

Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.

How to Return

1. Access our Return Center and fill in all required fields, including: the details of each item, the quantity of items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

2. Attach the adhesive label received in the original packaging, which includes the return shipping address, to the outside of the box. If the shipping label is not present, please contact our Customer Service.

Exchange & Return

At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us (as explained in How to Return section) and place a new order for the correct item online. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

We provide free collection for the first return. From second return onwards, a fee is applicable.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Goods are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged. In this case we kindly ask you to send the article back to us.

For returns, please visit our Return Center make your request and follow the instructions.

If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Customer Service.

We cannot accept items that have been worn and used beyond being tried on.

They must have all tags and original packaging.
To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and free from any make up stains, dirt, dust, hair, any fragances or other foreign odors, including smoke.

Refund

The refund method will follow the payment method.

You will receive your refund within 14 working days from the start of the return process at the warehouse and you will receive an e-mail notification.

If your order has been shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates, the taxes and customs duty cannot be refunded by us: you can contact your local Customs Office, they might help you recover those costs.

How to Recycle Clothes

Return To Us

You can choose to send us your used garments for Resale.

In the event that the garment you want to send back to us is in good condition, it will be put on sale again in the "Secondhand" section.

If your garment has finished its life phase, it will be recycled in an environmentally friendly way, thanks to our partner Kiswa. (Please click here if you want to discover more).

You will receive a Promocode to spend on our store!

Fill out the form to allow us to collect your used clothes.

Donate or Recycle

If you want to donate your clothes, or if your garment has finished its life phase, you can fill out the form to allow us to collect the garments. We will take care to send the garments to our partner Kiswa to make donations or to dispose and recycle all garments in respect and protection of the environment. In both cases, you will receive a Promocode to spend on our store!

Gift Card

Using Gift Cards

You can use your gift card in multiple purchases, up to the end of the remaining credit.

It is possible to use more than one gift card to pay for an order.

Gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

You can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

The gift cards can also be used in conjunction with a discount code.

If you use a Gift Card to pay for an order, it is possible to request a refund on the Gift Card in the event of a return.

You can't reload a gift card.

You can check the remaining credit via Apple Wallet or you can contact us via chat to find out your remaining credit.
