All standard products not available in stock are made-to-order, ensuring that every piece is crafted especially for you, only when needed.

How it Works

If the item is not currently in stock, it will be made to order.

Made-to-order pieces are prepared within 1 to 3 weeks. Production takes approximately 7 business days, depending on current demand. Shipping requires 1–2 business days once the garment is completed.

Full payment is required at checkout. This confirms your order and allows production to begin immediately. Shipping fees are included and shown at checkout.

If your made-to-order item becomes unavailable for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund or store credit. After this period, cancellations are accepted at our discretion only

Each made-to-order piece is crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Should you need any fit adjustments, our atelier is available to assist. Alteration services are offered upon request and may incur an additional fee.

Each piece is individually crafted by artisans. Slight variations in embroidery or finishing may occur, reflecting the uniqueness of the handmade process.
