Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting shop@thealoud.com.

Ready-to-Wear orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.

Made-to-Order orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or until production has commenced, whichever occurs first. Once production has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Made-to-Measure orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has commenced, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Bespoke orders are developed specifically for the client and may only be cancelled before production begins. Consultation deposits are non-refundable. Once production has commenced, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
