Refund policy

For UAE orders, the items must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products. For International orders, items must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

International return shipping costs, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.

To start a return, fill out the form you find heref your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Swimsuites and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

They must have all tags and original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Goods are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged. In this case we kindly ask you to send the article back to us.

For returns, please fill out the form on this page and use the pre-printed return form and return label included in your parcel.

If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Customer Service.

We cannot accept items that have been worn and used beyond being tried on.

They must have all tags and original packaging.
To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and free from any make up stains, dirt, dust, hair, any fragances or other foreign odors, including smoke.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
