How you become part of the circle
Each A|LOUD piece is made to last — but also to return.
When the time comes and you no longer wear it, you can send your garment back through our Return to Us program. We’ll take care of what comes next.
Depending on its condition, your piece may be:
– lovingly restored and preserved
– reintroduced as a pre-loved piece through our curated selection
– or transformed in collaboration with Kiswa, ensuring nothing is wasted.
In return, you’ll receive a reward — not just in value, but in the knowledge that you’ve contributed to a more conscious, intentional way of dressing.
The Return and Reuse Process
At A|LOUD, we believe garments deserve more than a single season. When the time comes, instead of letting your dress sit unworn or be discarded, you can return it to us — simply and intentionally.
Each returned piece is treated with care. If in excellent condition, it may become part of our pre-loved selection, ready to be cherished by someone new. If no longer wearable, it is entrusted to our partner Kiswa for ethical transformation or recycling.
