Production Timeline

If the item is not currently in stock, it will be crafted on a made-to-order basis. Production typically takes around 7 days once your piece enters our atelier’s schedule. Due to limited production capacity and high demand, your order may enter the queue within 1–6 weeks from the order date.

Payment Terms

When placing a made-to-order, a 40% non-refundable deposit will be charged at checkout. Once the piece is ready for shipment, you will be notified and the remaining balance, including shipping fees, will be charged prior to dispatch.

Availability & Cancellations

If a made-to-order item becomes unavailable for any reason, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel your order within 3 days for a full refund or store credit. After this period, cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion, and refunds will not be issued without prior agreement.

Returns & Adjustments

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. However, should any adjustments be needed, we offer complimentary alterations within one month of delivery to ensure a flawless fit.
