If your selected piece is not immediately available, it will be crafted to order exclusively for you.

Production typically takes around 7 business days, depending on current demand. Your garment will be ready to ship within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, and once completed, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout for all made-to-order pieces. This confirms your order and allows us to begin the production of your garment immediately. Shipping fees are included and will be displayed at checkout.

Availability & Cancellations

All made-to-order purchases are considered final once production begins. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours for a full refund or store credit.
After this period, cancellations are only accepted at our discretion and refunds will not be issued without prior agreement.

Returns & Adjustments

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Should you require any adjustments, our atelier offers alteration services upon request. Additional charges may apply, depending on the complexity of the modification.

Authenticity

Each piece is crafted individually by skilled artisans. Slight variations in embroidery or detailing may naturally occur, reflecting the uniqueness of the handmade process and the authenticity of each creation.

Shipping & Returns

Made-to-order & Bespoke: Due to the made-to-order nature, the items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

To request a return or check its status, simply log in to your account.All return options are available in your profile area.

Return to Us – Give your dress a second life

Once you no longer wear your garment, you can return it to us through our circularity program. Depending on its condition, it may be restored, passed on, or responsibly recycled.
You’ll receive a store credit as a thank-you for contributing to conscious fashion.
