For made-to-order pieces, the exact production window is specified under Production & Delivery on each product page. Once ready, all orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Ready-to-ship pieces: delivery in 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Preorder or made-to-order garments: shipping starts as soon as your piece is ready
- Dedicated courier service (Dubai only): same-day delivery available at checkout
Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties and import taxes are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination country.
The total shown at checkout is final and includes all import charges.

Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order — including in the case of faulty products.
