All standard products not available in stock are made-to-order, ensuring that every piece is crafted especially for you, only when needed.
How it Works
Production Timeline
If the item is not currently in stock, it will be made to order.
Production typically takes around 7 days once your garment enters the atelier’s schedule. Due to limited capacity and high demand, your piece may be queued for 1 to 6 weeks before production begins.
Payment Terms
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout. Once the garment is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a notification and the remaining balance, including shipping fees, will be charged prior to dispatch.
Availability & Cancellations
If your made-to-order item becomes unavailable for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days for a full refund or store credit. After this period, cancellations are only accepted at our discretion.
Returns & Adjustments
Made-to-order pieces are produced exclusively for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if the fit needs to be refined, complimentary alterations are available within one month of delivery.
