Made-To-Order

MADE-TO-ORDER

Crafted for you, not for stock

If not immediately available, this piece will be crafted to order just for you. Production typically takes around 7 days, and depending on current demand, your piece may be scheduled within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Once completed, your dress will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

Payment Terms

When placing a made-to-order, a 40% non-refundable deposit will be charged at checkout. Once the piece is ready for shipment, you will be notified and the remaining balance, including shipping fees, will be charged prior to dispatch.

Availability & Cancellations

If a made-to-order item becomes unavailable for any reason, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel your order within 3 days for a full refund or store credit. After this period, cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion, and refunds will not be issued without prior agreement.

Returns & Adjustments

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. However, should any adjustments be needed, we offer complimentary alterations within one month of delivery to ensure a flawless fit.

Authenticity

Each piece is crafted individually by skilled artisans. Slight variations in embroidery or detailing may naturally occur, reflecting the uniqueness of the handmade process and the authenticity of each creation.

Made-to-order & Bespoke: Due to the made-to-order nature, the items are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if the fit is not perfect or adjustments are needed, you may return the item within 1 month for complimentary alterations. Contact us for assistance.

You can choose to send us your used garments for resale or for recycling/donation. In the event that the garment you want to send back to us is in good condition, it will be put on sale again in the "PRE-LOVED" section.
