If your selected piece is not immediately available, it will be crafted to order exclusively for you.

Production typically takes around 7 business days, depending on current demand. Your garment will be ready to ship within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, and once completed, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout for all made-to-order pieces. This confirms your order and allows us to begin the production of your garment immediately. Shipping fees are included and will be displayed at checkout.

Availability & Cancellations

All made-to-order purchases are considered final once production begins. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours for a full refund or store credit.
After this period, cancellations are only accepted at our discretion and refunds will not be issued without prior agreement.

Returns & Adjustments

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. However, should any adjustments be needed, we offer complimentary alterations within 1 month of delivery to ensure a flawless fit.

Authenticity

Each piece is crafted individually by skilled artisans. Slight variations in embroidery or detailing may naturally occur, reflecting the uniqueness of the handmade process and the authenticity of each creation.
