Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, including faulty products.

Returns within the UAE are free.

For all other countries, the first return is free. Any additional returns will incur a fee.

International return shipping costs, customs duties, and any related charges beyond the first return are the responsibility of the customer.

You can request a return directly from your customer account on our website.

Once the request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for returning the item.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, with all original tags
  • Returned in their original packaging

Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received in a damaged condition. In such cases, we kindly ask that you return the item to us.

To request a return, please visit your customer account and submit your return request directly through your order page.

If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Customer Service.

We cannot accept items that have been worn and used beyond being tried on.

They must have all tags and original packaging.
To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and free from any make up stains, dirt, dust, hair, any fragances or other foreign odors, including smoke.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Made-to-Measure, Bespoke, and personalized items are produced according to the customer’s individual specifications and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or withdrawal rights once production has commenced, except in the case of manufacturing defects or faults.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the final item of their order without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to Made-to-Measure, Bespoke, personalized products, or any item produced according to the customer’s individual specifications.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through our Returns Center, through the customer account area on our website, or by contacting shop@thealoud.com.

Where applicable, refunds relating to valid withdrawal requests will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the final day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period will extend to the next working day where required by applicable law.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Ready-to-Wear orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Made-to-Order orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or until production has commenced, whichever occurs first. Once production has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
  • Made-to-Measure orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has commenced, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Bespoke orders may be cancelled before production begins. Consultation deposits are non-refundable. Once production has commenced, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
