2. Your order is reviewed
Once your order is placed, your piece enters our production schedule.
3. Made individually in Dubai
Each piece is handcrafted individually in Dubai by specialist makers and carefully checked before dispatch.
4. Delivery
Production times vary according to the design and are shown on each product page. Shipping time begins once production is complete.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Can I choose a standard size?
Yes. Made-to-Order pieces can be ordered in the standard sizes available on the product page.
Can the dress be tailored to my measurements?
Made-to-Measure is available on selected designs as a separate option. When available, you can provide your measurements directly on the product page. Discover Made-to-Measure.
How long will my order take?
Production time varies according to the design and is shown on each product page. Once completed, your piece undergoes a final quality check before dispatch. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Can I cancel my order?
Made-to-Order pieces may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever comes first. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Can I return my order?
Made-to-Order pieces ordered in a standard size may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Made-to-Measure and personalised pieces cannot be returned.
