This policy applies to cancellation requests submitted before dispatch. It is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal or return that may apply under applicable consumer law.

Ready-to-Wear orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. The customer may request a return in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and any applicable consumer law.
Β
Made-to-Order Orders β Standard Sizes
Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins.
If production has already begun, A|LOUD may decline a discretionary cancellation request. However, this does not limit any mandatory right of withdrawal or return applicable to non-personalised goods under local consumer law or our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Made-to-Measure and Custom Orders
Made-to-Measure and Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Because these garments are produced according to the customerβs measurements or individual specifications, once production has begun, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke orders are developed specifically for the individual customer and may be cancelled only before production begins.
Consultation deposits are non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once production has begun, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Faulty or Non-Conforming Items
Nothing in this policy limits the customerβs rights regarding products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming.
How to Request a Cancellation
