HOW IT WORKS
1. Initial Consultation
Your Bespoke journey begins with a private, complimentary consultation. We discuss your occasion, ideas, preferences and desired aesthetic direction.
2. Design Development
If you choose to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. We develop the design direction, including sketches, fabric options, proportions, construction and details. The deposit is deducted from the final balance.
3. Design Approval
Once the design and materials have been defined, you receive a detailed quotation and estimated timeline. Production begins only after the design has been approved and payment has been completed according to the agreed terms.
4. Measurements and Construction
We collect and review the measurements required for your design. Your piece is then developed individually and made in Dubai by specialist makers.
5. Fittings and refinement
Where required, fittings are arranged to refine the balance, proportions and fit of the piece.
6. Final Check and Delivery
Once completed, your piece undergoes a final quality check before dispatch. Shipping costs are separate from the Bespoke quotation and are confirmed according to the delivery destination.

Is the initial consultation complimentary?
Yes. The initial consultation is complimentary and without commitment. It allows us to understand your request and provide an initial indication of the project.
What does the $200 deposit cover?
If you decide to proceed after the initial consultation, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to begin design development and present the proposed custom options. The deposit is deducted from the final balance if you continue with the project.
When will I receive the final quotation?
A detailed quotation is provided once the design direction, fabric and construction have been defined. Shipping costs are quoted separately according to the delivery destination.
When is payment required?
Payment is completed according to the agreed terms before production begins. The confirmed design enters production only once the required payment has been received.
How long does a Bespoke piece take?
Timelines depend on the complexity of the design, fabric availability and the fittings required. An estimated production and delivery timeline is provided with your quotation before production begins.
Can I request any design?
Bespoke allows us to develop an original piece around your vision while remaining consistent with the A|LOUD aesthetic and our production capabilities. Each request is reviewed during the initial consultation.
Are fittings included?
The fittings required for your design are discussed and arranged as part of the Bespoke process. The number and format of fittings depend on the piece and the client’s location.
Can I cancel or return a Bespoke order?
The $200 design deposit is non-refundable. Once production has begun, Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because each piece is created according to the client’s measurements, specifications and approved design.
What if my piece requires a fit adjustment?
If a fit adjustment is required, please contact us within one month of delivery. Complimentary alterations can be arranged in accordance with the conditions of the Bespoke service.
