SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Production and Order Preparation
Each A|LOUD garment is produced individually. The estimated production or preparation time is displayed on the relevant product page and may vary according to the design and service selected.
For Made-to-Measure, Custom and Bespoke orders, production begins after all required measurements, design details and payments have been confirmed.
Once production is complete, orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately 2 business days.
Delivery times stated below begin from the date of dispatch and do not include production or preparation time.
DELIVERY TIMES AFTER DISPATCH
UAE
Standard delivery: approximately 1–2 business days.
Same-day delivery in Dubai may be available for completed orders that are ready for dispatch. The service must be requested before 12:00 PM and is subject to courier availability.
Dedicated courier services are available in Dubai upon request.
International Orders
Delivery after dispatch is generally estimated within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, national holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside the courier’s reasonable control.
Orders are dispatched on business days, excluding UAE national holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Unless complimentary shipping is expressly specified, the following shipping rates apply:
UAE
Standard delivery: complimentary
Same-day delivery: $10 USD
Dedicated courier – fixed rate: $17.50 USD
Dedicated courier – custom service: price confirmed before dispatch
International
Saudi Arabia: $10 USD
Europe: $15 USD
United States: $25 USD
Other international destinations: calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout
The shipping options and final applicable cost are displayed at checkout before payment.
DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout according to the destination country.
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) through our courier. The total displayed at checkout includes all applicable import duties and taxes. No additional import duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges will be requested upon delivery.
A|LOUD is responsible for settling the applicable import charges with the courier under the DDP shipping arrangement.
Orders delivered within the UAE are not subject to import duties.
COURIERS AND TRACKING
Orders are shipped using Aramex, UPS, FedEx, DHL or another appropriate courier selected according to the destination and service required.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND REFUSED ORDERS
Up to three delivery attempts may be included, depending on the courier and destination.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address or contact details are incorrect, or the recipient refuses the parcel, the order may be returned to A|LOUD.
The customer may be responsible for reasonable return-to-origin, storage and reshipping costs resulting from an unsuccessful or refused delivery, except where the delivery failure was caused by A|LOUD or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Dedicated courier deliveries are managed separately according to the service confirmed with the customer.
FREE SHIPPING
Complimentary shipping may be offered for selected destinations, orders or promotional periods. When applicable, it will be displayed at checkout.
Complimentary outbound shipping does not automatically include return shipping, return-to-origin costs or reshipping costs, except where the return results from an incorrect or faulty item or where required by applicable law.
