Select “Made to Measure & Custom Options” on the product page.
3. Provide your measurements
Enter the requested body measurements directly on the product page and complete your order.
4. Your Measurements are reviewed
Once your order is placed, our team carefully reviews the measurements provided. If any additional information or confirmation is required, we will contact you before production begins.
5. Made individually in Dubai
Once your measurements are confirmed, your chosen design is tailored to the measurements provided and made individually in Dubai by specialist makers.
6. Final Check and delivery
Your piece undergoes a final quality check before dispatch. Production times are shown on each product page and begin once all required measurements have been confirmed. Shipping time is separate from production time.

What can be adjusted?
The fit and proportions of the selected design are tailored according to the measurements provided. The original silhouette, fabric, construction and design details remain unchanged.
Can I request a different colour?
Additional colours may be available depending on current fabric availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Chat before placing your order to discuss the available options. If your request is confirmed, include the selected colour in the measurements field before checkout.
Can I request design changes?
Made-to-Measure does not include changes to the original design, fabric or construction. For a completely personalised creation, please explore our Bespoke service.
What happens after I submit my measurements?
Our team reviews the information provided. If any measurements are missing or require confirmation, we will contact you before production begins.
How long will my order take?
The production time is shown on the individual product page. Production begins once all required measurements have been reviewed and confirmed. Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Can I return or exchange a Made-to-Measure piece?
Made-to-Measure pieces are created specifically according to the measurements provided and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the measurements carefully before submitting your order.
