Shipping Costs and Time
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
2-hour Delivery - order between 8AM and 5PM
Same Day Delivery - order before 12PM
Standard Delivery - 1 working day
For Gcc and Europe
2 - 3 working days.
For international customers it depends on the destination. (5-7 working days).
Orders are shipped from our warehouse on working days (excluding national holidays).
We ship to all countries via UPS, FedEX and DHL courier services. Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.
If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to A|LOUD and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout or send you by email.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free).
Tracking your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number.
If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used at www.ups.com and www.fedex.com
We accept online payments using major credit / debit cards, crypto currencies and cash on delivery.
If you select "Credit Card Online" as the payment method, the details on the Customer ID (Cardholder ID) must exactly match those of the credit card used to make the purchase.
All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel the order.
By submitting an order to us via our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details of your order coincide with the details of the delivery address, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person named on the invoice.
