Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase if ready to ship, or within 2 business days once production is complete for Made-to-Order pieces. Delivery is estimated within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Made-to-Order: Each piece is individually produced upon order confirmation. Made-to-Order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Store credit may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Return requests must be submitted through the customer account.
